QAPACITI
about

A practice for the people who wrote the book.

Qapaciti exists for nonfiction authors whose books deserve a second life. Most books stop at the page. Not because the ideas run out, but because no one helps those ideas take shape in the formats that come next.

Founder

Seth A. Thomas

Seth has spent over half a decade working between books and what comes after them — as an editor, writer, publisher, and trusted partner to authors building beyond just ideas.

He founded Qapaciti after seeing the same pattern again and again: a strong book, a real audience, and massive potential, but no clear path from one to the other.

Qapaciti fills that gap. It is a creative studio helping authors turn their books into a coherent body of work without losing what made it distinctive.

Brian Giggle

With over eleven years in systems architecture and product engineering, Brian designed and built the proprietary platform that sits behind every engagement we run — from the production pipeline that turns a manuscript into a suite of artefacts, to the quality engine that ensures the fiftieth deliverable meets the same standard as the first.

His work is the reason we can promise consistency without sacrificing craft.

Our mission

To give every serious book a second life.

A strong nonfiction book contains more than a finished manuscript. It contains ideas that can become courses, workbooks, talks, workshops, content, and systems that help the work move further and stay useful for longer. Our mission is to make sure that happens with care, speed, and editorial discipline.

A new category

Book ecosystem design.

We help shape a book into the products, formats, and experiences that extend its life and usefulness — while keeping the original thinking intact.

What we stand for

Editorial judgement.

Some ideas should become products. Some should not. We help you decide what is worth building.

Faithful expansion.

We do not reinvent the author’s thinking. We extend it into new formats while preserving its voice, logic, and intent.

The author leads.

Your voice is the product. Our job is to keep it unchanged as the forms multiply.

Fast, steady delivery.

We move quickly, keep the process clear, and deliver reliably.

next step

Let’s see if this is right.

We take on a short list of engagements at a time. A first call tells us whether there is a fit, and what should happen next.
